CRBN Paintball stands behind the quality of our performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused gear in its original packaging and include the provided packing slip or return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
